Overview
The Implant frame is designed for riders who enjoy more extreme out-of-bounds type riding. The frame is built super strong and designed to accept a longer travel fork than our other hardtail frames. The tubing is Reynolds 853 but far from any stock set. The downtube is specially made for Dekerf as are the super oversize chainstays which we hand formed here at our shop. The stock head tube is for a 1 1/8” steerer but can also be spec’ed with a larger 44mm ID head tube to accept any fork. The massive wrap around head tube gusset is made from stainless steel and attaches to extra long butted sections on the top and downtubes. As with all Dekerf frames it features our super strong interlocking wishbone assembly. Frame is designed with a high bottom bracket, short chainstays, and performance angles for fast and agile handling. ISCG tab is also available.

Reynolds 853 Tubing and Chainstays
This seamless, air-hardened, heat-treated tubeset is among the most advanced material available for building bicycle frames. This allows us to create a steel frame that is robust yet lighweight and lively.
